In this establishment is carried out the elaboration of cheese of the Denomination of Origin Arzúa-Ulloa. It is a cheese made with whole pasteurized cow milk, with thin and elastic crust, among many other characteristics that will be discovered.
In the guided visit to the facilities of the dairy, we can know the manufacturing process of the D.O. Tetilla and Arzúa-Ulloa, later to taste these varieties in a degustation.
